Getaway Entertainment, LLC is a media production company focused on developing original and innovative content. We do not accept unsolicited material, including but not limited to scripts, treatments, or other creative works. As we have multiple projects in active development, any unsolicited material submitted may coincidentally resemble our existing works. By submitting unsolicited material to Getaway Entertainment, LLC, you hereby waive and agree that you will not make any claim, demand, or bring any action against Getaway Entertainment, LLC in connection with such material. You release and forever discharge Getaway Entertainment, LLC its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, legal fees, costs, expenses, debts, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, asserted or unasserted, arising out of or in connection with the submitted material. We appreciate your understanding and recommend submitting creative works through established industry channels, such as agents or recognized representatives.
